1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Please note: Order processing time is separate from the transit time calculated for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

3. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Riola Kids ships to addresses within the U.S., including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually updates within 24–48 hours.

If you do not receive a tracking update within 5 business days, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Riola Kids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost, please keep all packaging materials and reach out to us immediately so we can assist you in contacting the shipping carrier or resolving the issue.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, re-shipping charges may apply.
