Cut from soft polyester velvet with a smooth lining, this is one of our cold-weather flower girl dresses. The sweetheart bodice is set with red and clear rhinestones and two silver crystal flower appliques, wide velvet straps are beaded along the edge, and the waist seam opens into a deep, gathered midi skirt that holds its shape.
