Measured by hand; allow 1–3 cm (0.4–1.2 in) tolerance. Both dresses are strapless, so size by the bust measurement rather than by height — that is the measurement a strapless bodice has to hold. Between two sizes, take the larger. The girl's height column is converted from US age sizing, because the factory chart gives body measurements without heights; the factory's hollow-to-floor column belongs to the long version of this dress and is left out here.
